- On the Spark that Started it all. “I began professionally writing adult fiction after watching successful men obliterate the very multimillion-dollar business empire they had created. In an instant, thousands of lives were changed, and I wanted to understand what drove them to needlessly destroy something good. My research led me to the truth that the only things that last are the seeds of faith and character we plant in others. In that process, I discovered a desire to write mysteries with a moral compass that never wavers. My children’s stories were born out of my desire to encourage integrity and good choices-making skills in the young children in my life.”
