I just finished reading Secrets & Lies. I could NOT put it down. I loved every single character, the pacing of the story, all the plot twists and turns. I think your dialogue was perfect and insights into what made the characters tick was brilliant, especially Alice. I loved that character! I think there is a place for a realistic and sensitive handling of problems Christians face. You did a great job addressing conflicts and ambiguities of a very sensitive subject with grace and tact while also showing how God can work in any situation. Bravo! Lisa P.

After finishing Misguided, I had to read Contingent Loyalties, her second book, with many of the same characters as Misguided. Big mistake since I truly did not have time to read for hours that week!
